<p>The present invention relates to an oral composition comprising a soluble fluoride ion source, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, calcium peroxide, one or more nonionic surfactants and/or amphoteric surfactants, and one or more aqueous carriers; wherein the oral composition has a neat pH of from about 9.0 to about 10.5 and a total water content of from about 5 % to about 20 %.
