A mounting forked part (12) has at least two fork-arms (14,16) spaced apart along a mounting axis (A) and each possessing an axial through-hole (20,22). An eyelet part (26) fits between the at least two fork-arms, and has an eyelet part axial through hole (28) axially aligned with the axial through-holes of the fork-arms. A pivot mounting bolt (32) fits through the axial through-holes for connecting the fork part and the eyelet part. Rotary braking force is generated between the fork and eyelet parts by a friction piece (52) comprising at least one friction element on the bolt and frictionally engaging with the inner peripheral wall of the eyelet part's axial hole.
