Differential amplifier with two source follower input circuits

The differential amplifier is adapted to amplify the voltage difference of the two input signals, and the output amplifier (3) section transmits an output signal. A first source follower circuit (4) contains an output node and is supplied with an external data signal as the first input signal. A second source follower circuit (7) has a constant current source FET (9), and is fed with a reference voltage (Vg) as the second input signal. A biassing voltage circuit (16) taps a signal with the same phase as that of the data signal, from the output node of the first source follower circuit, and supplies this to the gate terminal of the second source follower circuit FET.
