A controlled feed tube (4) rotates in the container (1) and has at least one aperture for the bulk material (G) flowing out of the container into the feed tube. In the controlled feed tube is a vertically displaceable, piston-shaped controlled feed slide which adjusts the cross-section of the inlet aperture. The controlled feed tube has at least one inlet aperture, from which a peeling edge (7) extends outwards for the bulk material coming from the container into the controlled feed tube. In the controlled feed tube, the vertically displaceable controlled feed slide is arranged, adjusting steplessly or in stages the cross-section of the inlet aperture.
