The housing is formed with a central area that has base part 14 having a lip section 12. This is shaped fit over a flange area 15 that is formed on a dielectric lens 11. At one point in the housing a flexible tongue is formed 13 and this also engages the flange on the lens. This can be pressed flat in order to gain access the edge of the flange for removal purposes. The housing walls may be constructed from material which is transparent to electromagnetic waves, and the maximum thickness is one quarter of the wavelength.
