Low temperature production method by mixture Joule-Thomson process

The method generates low refrigeration and freezing temperatures by an oil lubricated compressor from which the liquid part of the refrigerant and oil mixture is separated out from the high pressure flow and used to pre-cool the gas part by use of a throttle valve. The compressor (1) passes high pressure gas and oil mixture through a post-cooler (2) into an oil separator (6). The gas part passes to an adsorber (7) to reduce the flow to fine droplets and a pre-cooler (8). The liquid part also passes through the pre-cooler via a throttle valve (9) back to the compressor. The gas part is also throttled by valve (4) after passing through heat exchanger (3) and evaporator (5), after which it is passed through the heat exchanger at a lower temperature back to the compressor.
