PURPOSE:To make a thermoplastic resin film porous and bond the same with a porous base such as a nonwoven cloth or the like simultaneously by using a roll of a material having specified heat conductivity and hardness for the service of a part directly in contact with a molten resin film. CONSTITUTION:When a composite sheet is manufactured by the extrusion laminating method using thermoplastic resin and a porous base, a roll 5 with heat conductivity in the range of 0.03 kcal/m. h. deg.C to 5 kcal/m. h. deg.C for the 0.05-99.95% of the surface area of the roll 5 directly in contact with molten resin and with hardness of HDA60 or more measured in compliance with JIS K7215 is used. The molten thermoplastic resin film 2 extruded out of a T die 1 of an extrusion laminating device is fixed by pressure, bonded and made porous by a porous space 3, a rubber roll 4 and said cooling roll 5 to manufacture a breathing composite sheet 6. |
