<p>An organic EL element has hole injection electrodes, and one or more organic layers between these electrodes. The electron injection electrodes are formed by sputtering and made of an AlLi alloy containing 0.4 to 14 atomic % of Li. The film-forming properties on the interface between the electron injection electrodes and the organic layers and the adhesion between the electrodes and the layers are improved, high brightness, high efficiency, long life and high display quality are achieved.</p> |
