The activation arrangement includes an electric motor (23), a casing (25a, 25b) which contains an electric motor, an output shaft (26) for transmitting a torque of the electric motor, and a joint mechanism (21) which is connected to the output shaft for opening and closing a revolving window. Both ends of the output shaft project from two sides of the casing, and the joint mechanism comprises a pair of first elements (21a) connected respectively at both ends of the projecting output shaft, and a second element (21b) connected revolving at the first elements.
