The method involves distributing the data to be transferred among star couplers, which output the data via communications PCs, and pass the data to working processors for data processing. The working computers are combined into a communications device so that optional access to the data transferred to the system is possible, via one or more terminals. The data in the system are synchronised and marked using a timing system connected to the working computer. The Software Engineering method is used to define the data flows and describe the logical processes.
