The module (1) has a printed circuit board (4) mounted in a carrier system (3) that fits onto a mounting rail (2). Each circuit board has at least one edge connector (6) to contact the board on one side and a data or energy bus mounted on the rail on the other side. The edge connectors have a circuit board contact and front (9) and rear bus contacts. The three contacts are formed as a single piece in electrically conducting metal as a press forming that is blanked and bent to form spring contact arms. The board contact is formed as a tulip-shaped contact with two contact arms shaped to directly contact the circuit board.
