The system has an eccentric shaft drive (4.1) on the motor side, and a rotationally symmetrical shaft core (4.2) radially offset w.r.t. the axis (4.4) of the rotor shaft (4), esp. a steel core, and includes a drive region, esp. a driven or output end. An outer casing, esp. in the form of a plastic sleeve (4.3), encloses the shaft core axially outside the drive region in the sense of a rotor shaft for the entire rotor which is rotationally symmetrical wrt. its axis.
