A AIDS therapeutic composition comprising medicaments which possess an HIV protease inhibition activity which is designed so that each medicament can achieve a higher treatment effect. The composition comprises KNI-272 and one compound selected from the group consisting of Saquinavir, Ritonavir, Indinavir, and Nelfinavir, exhibiting as essential active components a human immunodeficiency virus protease inhibition action, in such an amount and proportion to exhibit a synergistic treatment effect. |
