The DNA construct comprises a transferred signal peptide part of BAR 1 gene from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and, at least one structural gene, which is foreign to a host cell transformed by this construct. Transformation of host organisms through this construct causes the expression of the primary translatory product, which comprises structural protein coded by the foreign gene and fused to the signal peptide BAR 1. Protein is treated in a secretive path of the host cell from which it can be liberated into cultivation medium or into peri-plasma medium. |
