PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform switching of a mounting position for a shift control lever to a side of good operability, in accordance with use of a ship or the like. SOLUTION: In this device, in right/left both side walls 75, 76 in a housing 35 of a steering handle 14, a lever mounting hole 80, 81 in mutually equal size is formed. In right/left both sides of a shift use moving member 50 received in the housing 35, an angular hole-shaped turn lock fitting part 85, 86 of the same shape is formed. In one of the mounting holes 80, 81, a shaft part 90 of a shift operating lever 30 is inserted, in the other, a support member 100 is inserted. In one of the turn lock fitting parts 85, 86 formed in the shift use moving member 50, a first insert part 92 of the shift operating lever 30 is fitted, in the other, a second insert part 102 of the support member 100 is fitted, in this condition, by a bolt 110, the shift operating lever 30, shift use moving member 50 and the support member 100 are tightened. |
