PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to process various KANJI (Chinese character) codes included in data and to simplify the design or correction of the system required for attaining the system function. SOLUTION: When a KANJI code included in input data 1 received from the external is not clear, the sort of the KANJI code is detected, and when the detected KANJI code is different from a specific KANJI code supposed by the system 10, the code is converted. The type of the detected KANJI code is temporarily stored and the code is used during the operation of the system 10. When a KANJI code not expected by a user exists, the system 10 converts the KANJI code and outputs the converted result as output data 3. |
