PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent waterproof property, anti-flame property, and antibacterial property by the use of an ionizing radiation hardening resin containing an inorganic antibacterial agent as for a top coat layer. SOLUTION: An inorganic decorative board 1 comprises an inorganic substrate 2, a base coat layer 3, and a top coat layer 5 comprising a pattern printing layer 4 and an ionizing radiation hardening resin paint containing an inorganic antibacterial agent, successively laminated. The picture printing layer 4 comprising a solid ink layer 4 and a pattern ink layer 4b can be formed by the transfer method on the base coat layer 3 comprising a sealer layer 3a and a primer layer 3b provided on the upper surface of the inorganic substrate 2. Examples of the inorganic antibacterial agent, which is contained 0.5 to 5.0wt.% with respect to the ionizing radiation hardening resin paint solid component, include silver inorganic antibacterial agent fine particles having a 0.05 to 0.5μm average particle size. With a less than 9.5wt.% amount, the antibacterial effect can be small. On the other hand, with a more than 5.0wt.% amount, the effect cannot be further improved but merely the cost can be higher.
