PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of element heights by performing work by finding a correcting load of a bar so that the element heights fall within a prescribed range by using a relational expression to a several-degree polynominal calculated on the basis of plural element heights measured and calculated at work time. SOLUTION: A deformation quantity (y) of a beam material 12 when loads F1, F2 and F3 are applied to the beam material 12 of a cartridge 11, is found by a deforming simulation of a structural analysis, and it deformation is approximated by a fourth-degree polynominal (y=ax4 +bx3 +cx2 +dx+e), and a matrix K to show the relationship between the loads F1, F2 and F3 and factors (a, b, c and d) of respective degrees is found. An inverse matrix K' of a partial matrix to decide the respective factors (a, b and c) is calculated. Therefore, the loads F1, F2 and F3 to deform its shape of the beam material 12 is found by multiplying the factors (a, b and c) to show a bending shape in a fourth- degree approximate expression (h=ax4 +bx3 +cx2 +dx+e) of an element height calculated at lap work time by the inverse matrix K'. |
