PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a construction range by making multi-storied three- dimensional constitution of a rotary rack bucket having a rotative housing structure, and performing lifting and housing by a robot lift. SOLUTION: A rotary rack bucket 6 having a rotary housing structure is layered to constitute a multi-storied three-dimensional constitution. Next, when a bicycle approaches an inlet, an entrance is detected by a sensor 2, a shutter 3 is opened by a command of a control board 4, and a user puts the bicycle into an entering hopper 5. Next, the empty area of a rotary rack 6 is examined by a computer in the control board 4, command is transmitted to a robot lift 7, the bicycle is held and lifted and housed in a prescribed rack. A number of housing is outputted by a ticket on a printer in the control board 4. Thereby a small vacant land and space can be utilized to build a parking facility and a construction range can be enlarged by providing the housing part of a rotary rack type to form a layered multi-storied three-dimensional constitution. |
