PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate misoperation and troublesome operation of operators. SOLUTION: A comment input mode selecting section 11 outputs a comment input admission signal only when a comment input mode is designated from an input unit and a comment input position judging and processing section 12 specifies positional information of a comment designated by an operator when a comment input admission signal is inputted and outputs the positonal information of comment thus specified. A comment input section 13 inputs a required comment upon receiving the positional information of comment and stores the comment along with the positional information thereof in a comment data memory section 14. A comment display section 15 acquires a required comment along with the positional information thereof from the comment data memory section 14 and adds them to an operational schedule curve to be displayed on an output unit thus displaying the comment.
