PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and reliably perform sterilization by blowing off ozone in fluid, and sterilizing the fluid itself or a sterilizing object in the fluid. SOLUTION: A liquid tank 1 is a sealed vessel to house a cutting-grinding liquid 2, and a liquid supply port 11 and a liquid discharge port 12 of the cutting-grinding liquid 2 are arranged. An air supply port 14 and an air exhaust port 15 are also arranged in an upper part of the liquid tank 1 as an oxidizing chamber 13. A system or the like to convert oxygen into ozone by electric discharge is used in an ozone generator 3. An ozone supply device is formed to supply ozone generated by the ozone generator 3 in the liquid tank 1, and is composed of a compressor 4, a distributor 5 and piping. The compressor 4 and the ozone generator 3 are made to communicate with each other by an air sending main pipe 6, and the ozone generator 3 and the distributor 5 are made to communicate with each other by an ozone supply main pipe 61, and the necessary number of ozone supply branch pipes 62 are also introduced into the liquid tank 1 from the distributor 5. Diffusing members 63 are arranged on the tips of the respective ozone supply branch pipes 62. |
