摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture easily parallel-connected type filmy solar cells, by which a high current can be obtained, by a printing system by a method wherein fellow lower electrode conductive film patterns are continuously formed by printing and fellow upper electrode transparent conductive film patterns are continuously formed by printing to form a filmy solar cell into parallel-connected filmy solar cells. SOLUTION: A first electrode conductive film pattern 12 is provided on an insulative base material film 11 and an n-type semiconductor layer 13, an i-type semiconductor layer 14, a p-type semiconductor layer 15 and a second electrode transparent conductive film pattern 17 are superposed on the pattern 12 by a printing method to form. In such a filmy solar cell, fellow first electrode conductive film patterns 12 are continuously formed by printing and fellow second electrode transparent conductive film patterns 17 are continuously formed by printing to form the filmy solar cell into parallel-connected filmy solar cells. Moreover, for example, a sunbeam focusing element formed by building up a lenticular lens 22 and a low-reflection film 23 on a base material film 21 is provided on those filmy solar cells via a bonding agent 18.
