PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit by simplifyingθcircuit configuration so as to optimize an area of the integrated circuit and to avoid superimposition of a digital noise on an analog power supply. SOLUTION: An analog circuit 3 inputs an analog signal Al, applies analog processing to the signal A1 based on a power supply voltage VDD1 and outputs an analog signal A2 to an amplitude conversion circuit 5. Since the analog signal A2 is not fully swung with the power supply voltage VDD1, the analog signal A2 inputted by the amplitude conversion circuit 5 is converted into a digital signal D2 fully swung with a power supply voltage VDD2 to output to a digital circuit 7.
