PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screen process printing of cream solder which sets up parameters such as squeegee speed and printing pressure automatically at optimum conditions to make up a print of a good finish. SOLUTION: After a cream solder 26 being applied on a substrate 18 with squeegees 3, 4 slided on a screen mask 1, the substrate 18 is observed by a camera 24 to check a printing condition. As a result, if the bleeding of the applied solder 26 is found, printing parameters are corrected to reduce printing pressure. When the lack of the solder 26 is found, the printing parameters are corrected to decrease a snap-off speed. The correction quantities of the printing parameters are registered in a correction quantity storage part, and the parameters are corrected automatically. |
