PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work of recognizing or confirming the progress of processing of each job by a user by displaying executable measures in due order arm the basis of the recognized user and the stored frequency of each measure when an abnormality is detected. SOLUTION: A user management table stores user name 501, user ID 502 corresponding to each user name, and position of obstruction avoiding measure table 503, and manages the registered user information.
