PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both a right-handed and a left-handed customer to change an operation position to an easy-to-operate position and smoothly perform input operation by setting a right or left operation-side hand of an operator and changing the operation position according to the set operation-side hand. SOLUTION: When a customer performs transaction operation, an operating- hand selection screen 21 is displayed on a CRT 12 prior to the transaction operation to make the customer to select his or her operating hand for input operation. When the customer selects a left key 22 for left-hand operation and performs touch operation, an input screen for left-hand operation matching the left-handed customer is displayed thereafter on a CRT 12 to enable smooth input operation from the left side. When the customer selects a right key 23 for right-hand operation and performs touch input, an input screen for right-hand operation matching the right-handed customer is displayed thereafter on the CRT 12 to enable smooth input operation from the right side. |
