PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a fault generated in an automatic teller machine by connecting the automatic teller machine to a terminal used by a person in charge when the fault is generated and making a customer able to contact the person in charge by an operation on a display screen. SOLUTION: An input display part 2 is a so-called touch screen, displays a guidance screen and also displays an input key. A control part 3 performs the communication processing of the customer - the person in charge and a fault coping processing when the fault of a handling stopping processing or the like is generated. An interphone 4 makes the customer contact the person in charge by voice. The terminal 5 for monitoring is operated by a monitoring person and is for contacting the customer and coping with the fault by appropriately using a display part 7 and an input part such as the interphone 8 and a keyboard, etc. Thus, the fault is coped with and the possession of the customer such as a cash card or the like is returned in real time. |
