PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the ability of each equipment without waste by performing in parallel photograph print-out and file-out to a storage medium by determining the number-ratio of film scanners, file-out devices and printers, so that unit throughput capacity×number of devices can be almost equal for every equipment. SOLUTION: For each equipment to be used in the mode of execution, the respective devices of a film scanner 1, a file-out drive device 3 and a digital printer 5 respectively have the performance ratio of 3:2:6, therefore, the number- ratio of respective devices is determined as 2:3:1, and the every processing time of read processing, file-out processing and print-out processing can be made almost equal. Two film scanners 1 are operated simultaneously, read photographic image data are temporarily stored in an image server 2 having a large capacity disk, and the deviation of processing time with a file-out system composed of an image-processing means A7, a drive 3 and a storage medium 4 is absorbed.
