PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mass-produce efficiently a high-generating efficiency solar cell provided with a sunbeam collecting element by a method wherein a solar cell manufacturing device is provided with a filmy solar cell manufacturing line, a sunray focusing element manufacturing line and a sticking unit. SOLUTION: A solar cell manufacturing device is provided with a unit 110 for forming a first electrode conductive film pattern on a base material film 101, units 120 to 140 for forming an N-type semiconductor layer by coating, an I-type semiconductor layer and a P-type semiconductor layer and a unit 160 for forming a second electrode transparent conductive film pattern and is provided with a first manufacturing line 100 for manufacturing a filmy solar cell 102 and the solar cell manufacturing device is provided with a unit 210 for forming the shape of the lens of a sunray focusing element and a unit 220 for adding the surface layer of the sunray collecting element and is provided with a second manufacturing line 200 for manufacturing the sunray collecting element 205. Moreover, the solar cell manufacturing device is provided with a sticking unit 30 for sticking the element 205, which is formed on the line 200, on the surface of the solar cell 102, which is manufactured in the line 100. |
