PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having high therapeutic effect to wound by containing a (evaporated) culture solution of a specific ray fungi as an active component. SOLUTION: The (evaporated) culture solution of ray fungi Streptomyces kanamyceticus is obtained by culturing ray fungi Streptomyces kanamyceticus, for example, in a starch.ammonium based fluid medium (containing soluble starch, dibasic potassium phosphate, ammonium chloride), under pH condition of 2-9 pH, at 14-42 deg.C, for 1-14 days, then removing the microbial cell body, evaporating if necessary. The composition for therapy of wound is obtained by containing this (evaporated) culture solution as the active component. The preferable daily dose is 10μg-1g/kg, the administration of 1-4 times/day is preferred. |
