PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure Raman scattering with no use of a spectroscope without affected by fluorescence. SOLUTION: By controlling a wavelength variable laser 40 with a control device 41, is the wavelength of monochrome light LB projected on a sample S is wavelength-swept, while alternately switching the wavelength between the first wavelength and the second wavelength which comprises a constant frequency differenceΔνex to the first wavelength. The light emitted from the sample S is, through an interference filter 44 which allows an observation oscillation frequencyνob to pass, detected with an optical detector 45. The output of the optical detector 45 is phase-synchronization-detected with a lock-in amplifier 46, and then processed with a signal processing device 47 to obtain Raman spectrum of the sample S.
|
