PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the printing of various informations direct to a label paper adhered as it is on a recording medium by reading out the recorded information based on information of the format which is analyzed from the information read out from the recording medium. SOLUTION: A FD 2 is inserted and mounted from a FD inserting port 12 of a main body 1 of personal computer. The information recorded on the FD 2 is read out through a data reading part 1 10 of a FD reading device 11 and stored in a memory 13 for data storage. At this time, the format of the FD 2 is analyzed and the control information is read out in accordance with the analyzed class of format and stored in the memory 13. The control information read out from this memory 13 is displayed on a display of personal computer, and the required control information selected from the displayed control information is printed on a label part 21 of the FD 2 by the printer 14 incorporated in the main body of the personal computer. |
