Planes of the headphone units (120) opposed to both the left and right ears (23a), (23b) of the listener (23) are provided with being inclined at a predetermined angle forward or backward so as not to be perpendicular to a straight line passing the centers of both the left and right ears (23a), (23b) of the listener (23).
