<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a very simple automatical removal of the cap and label of a bottle such as a PET bottle and the like by a method wherein the bottle such as the PET bottle or the like is bisected along the center axis line so as to automatically fall the cap and the label. SOLUTION: PET bottles 1 are placed sideways on a conveyor 2 at predetermined intervals and pinchingly fixed from both the sides of each bottle with pincers 3 and 4. Next, when the conveyor 2 is transferred, a cutter, which is vertically arranged along the center axis of the PET bottle 1, bisects the PET bottle 1 longitudinally along the center axis of the PET bottle. As a result, a cap 6 is bisected and a label adhered due to thermal shrinkage is also bisected and the PET bottle 1 is also bisected. Then, they are respectively and automatically fall in their respective housing boxes. Only the bisected PET bottle main body is transferred to a recycling process. Accordingly, the cap 6 and the label 7 of the bottle such as the PET bottle 1 or the like can be very simply and automatically removed.</p> |
