PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure which is simple to manufacture and easy to install. SOLUTION: On a channel wall 1, a recessed part 2 hollowed deep on the outer and upstream side and shallow on the downstream side is formed, and a threaded hole 5, and a straight hole 6 continuous to this, are formed threaded from the bottom surface 3 of the recessed part 2 to the surface 4 on the side of a fluid. A sensor 15 is extended vertically from the end face 14 of the screw part 13 of a fluid sensor 10 engaged with the screw hole 5 to the fluid side. A protective cover 16 is arrnaged outside the sensor element 15, and the protective cover 16 is extended vartically from the end face 14 of the screw part 13 to the side of a fluid through the straight hole 6 formed on the wall surface 1 in the same way as the sensor element 15. The protective cover 16 is extended further than the sensor element 15, and an opening part 17 is formed at the tip of the protective cover 16. |
