PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization method which is applicable to a fast frequency hopping(FFH) method and to provide a receiver for the method. SOLUTION: A hopping timing error detection part 22 utilizes that reception power is increased when a transmission frequency coincides with a reception frequency, switches a hopping frequency every one frame time, detects the reception power as a reception power distribution, arranges the power so that the portions, where the reception power distribution every each hopping frequency becomes large, are overlapped, adds the results respectively and outputs a signal as a rough adjustment signal which eliminates a deviation between a reception reference timing and a rising point at which the result of the addition becomes large. |
