PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send and receive extracted data and synthesize with image data which is already received by sending image data on a part having changed together with coordinate data on the image. SOLUTION: A coordinate counter 9 generates and outputs coordinate data of a digital image signal on a screen and at the time of memory storage in real time. The difference value of the image is calculated between a delayed image signal and the current digital image signal of A/D 3 output and outputted. An image data memory 11, on the other hand, always stores and inputs the digital image data and repeats writing on a direct-read-after-write basis. A transmission control part 14 receives a write stop command and reads both coordinate data and image data associated with the coordinate data out of a coordinate data memory 10 and an image data memory 11 at the permissible transmission rate of a communication line, and an encoder 12 combines both the data into a composite digital transmit signal, which is sent out of a transmission part 13. |
