PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input and output video data and sound data with a plurality of channels by allowing input/output parts to occupy a data bus only when given the right to use by a control part and transferring the data to a data recording and reproduction part through the data base within a specific time according to need. SOLUTION: A CPU 43 on a control board 15 allocates time slots to an encoding substrate 11 and decoding substrates 12A to 12C connected to the data bus 14 and supplies a use permission command allowing the use of the data bus 14 to the corresponding substrate 11 and 12A to 12C and interface parts 23 and 28A to 28C of the data recording and reproduction part 16. A bus interface part 23 of the encoding substrate 11 only when obtaining this use permission command sends write position specification information out to respective hard disk drives 26A to 26I within the times of the allocated time slots. Then encoded data read out of a buffer memory 22 are transferred to the data recording and reproduction part 16 and recorded. |
