PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the electric and thermal continuity on the pressure contact surface under relatively small pressing force when two conductors are brought into a pressure contact state on the opposing part. SOLUTION: Lower conductors 11, 12 and 13 perform an additional function as a cooling material, and two grooves 2a, which are cut at right angle to paper surface, are formed on the lower surface of an electrode 2. An insulator 9, having high heat conductivity, is not applied to the center region which is divided by the grooves 2, but the insulator 9 is applied to the left and the right regions. By the pressing force F added to the electrode 2 through the upper conductor 8, the insulator 9 can be filled up uniformly and thinly into the recessed part on the opposing part of the lower conductor 11, 12 and 13 in such a manner that the amount of deflection can be absorbed by elastic deformation. |
