PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exclude the involution of air and to apply markedly equal impregnation treatment to a fiber material at a high production speed. SOLUTION: At first, a hose 1 in an unimpregnated state is introduced into a roll gap 6 from below and air is discharged from the unimpregnated hose section 1a of the hose 1 and a liquid resin 11 is introduced into the start end part opening yet opened for the present of the hose 1 to be dammed up above the roll gap 6 and the hose 1 is drawn out of the roll gap 6 by the force component turned upward at a speed substantially holding the boundary of the impregnated hose section 1a and impregnated hose section of the hose 1 and, finally, the hose 1 is drawn out through at least one separate roll gaps 36, 38 to be accumulated on a feed device 30. |
