PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent penetration of various bacteria or foreign substances from an opening part of a parison or the like by providing an outer tube outside a filling nozzle part of a filling nozzle and by making clean air flow through a gap between the filling nozzle part and the outer tube. SOLUTION: A filling nozzle 12 is constructed of a filling nozzle part 12a, a nozzle holder part 30 holding the filling nozzle part 12a and an outer tube 31 provided concentrically outside the filling nozzle part 12a. An air reservoir 33 is provided in the circumference of the filling nozzle part 12a and the lower part of the air reservoir 33 communicates with a gap between the outer tube 31 and the filling nozzle part 12a, while the upper part thereof communicates with a clean air inlet 34 in the upper end part of the nozzle holder part 30. As the result, air is made to flow on the outer surface of the filling nozzle part 12a from the clean air inlet 34 and, therefore, various bacteria or foreign substances are prevented from sticking on the outer surface of the filling nozzle 12 when it goes downward and upward. |
