PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform cleaning, maintenance and repair by removably arranging an Albaran's mechanism in an endoscope head part in a soft endoscope having the Albaran's mechanism whose distal end is arranged in the head part of the endoscope. SOLUTION: A duodenal mirror 1 has a soft movable endoscope-introducing shaft part 4 having a long length which extends from an endoscope main body, and an endoscope head part 5 is arranged on the tail end of this shaft part 4, and an Albaran's mechanism support device 7 is inserted into the endoscope head part 5. This support device 7 is joined to an operation lever arranged in the endoscope main body through a Bauden wire 13. That is, a distal side end part of a wire rope 19 of the Bauden wire 13 is joined to an Albaran's lever 9, and the distal end of a wire casing 21 to surround the wire rope 19 is joined to a hollow cylindrical extending part 23 of the Albaran's mechanism support device 7, and the near end of the wire casing 21 is removably joined to the endoscope main body by a screw joint or the like. |
