PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the innermost layer film, which has favorable workabilities in respective processes such as a film making process, a laminating process to a base material and a container forming process and excellent keeping functions of the physical properties of a content such as a taste or the like, of a paper container as the innermost layer film of a gable top type or brick type paper container or the like. SOLUTION: This film has a layer structure having two layers or more, one layer contacting with liquid of which is made of a film prepared by adding 2-10wt.% inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 5-20μm to an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.890-0.925 and polymerized with a singlesite catalyst having a melt index of 0.2-20 by means of a coextrusion film-forming method.
