<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and remove deposits on a waste resin molded product, recover the deposits as a resin material and regenerated recovered resin material as a hollow woody synthetic plate. SOLUTION: A waste resin molded product is crushed into a plurality of crushed pieces 101, and then the crushed pieces 101 are dried, and if necessary, the dried crushed pieces 101 are roughly crushed to form smaller pieces 102 to be treated, and the impact grinding force is applied to the above-referred crushed pieces 101 or the smaller crushed pieces 102 to be treated and also the centrifugal force is applied thereon to carry out the dry cleaning for reducing deposits 104. During the process, the crushed pieces 101 or the smaller crushed pieces 102 to be treated are granulated by the above-referred impact force, and a recovered resin material 103 formed of the resin material made from the deposits adhered to the waste resin molded product and granulated as a material ready for use is recovered. Also the recovered resin material 103 recovered by the above-referred method is gelatinized together with a cellulose crushed material such as wood meal and kneaded to manufacture woody synthetic powder, which is heated, kneaded and extruded by an extruder with a core and molded into a hollow woody synthetic plate having a hollow inside.</p> |
