PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict an increase in a managing labor for parts and contrive the rationalizing of design by a method wherein an earth plate is provided with projections for stopping the rotation of a pull-out terminals of an earth wire in the direction and the orthogonal direction of the lengthwise direction of the same. SOLUTION: An earth screw 4 is attached to one surface of an earth plate 1. A projection 1a for stopping the rotation in the lengthwise direction of the earth plate 1 and another projection 1b for stopping the rotation in the orthogonal direction of lengthwise direction of the earth plate 1 are provided on the other surface of the earth plate 1 as the stopper of the rotation of an earth pull-out terminal 2a. The earth lead wire 2 is pulled out into the lengthwise direction and an earth lead terminals 2a is fixed by a pull-out wire fixing screw 3. In another way, the earth lead wire 2 is pulled out into the orthogonal direction of the lengthwise direction of the earth plate and the earth lead terminal 2a is fixed by the earth lead wire fixing screw 3. According to this method, the earth pull-out wire 2 is permitted so as to be turned to either direction of the lengthwise direction and a direction orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of the earth plate 1 whereby the same earth plate 1 can be used regardless to the change of the internal structure of a main body and the increase of a managing labor for parts can be prevented.
