PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to make efficiently the energy conversion of an organic material-containing layer to an organic material-containing layer adjacent to the organic material-containing layer by a method wherein the Hausdorff dimension of the sectional profile shape of the interface between the organic material-containing layer and the organic material-containing layer adjacent to the organic material-containing layer is shown in a specified extent. SOLUTION: A first organic material-containing layer 2 is provided on a first electrode 1 and a second electrode 4 is provided on the layer 2 via a second organic material-containing layer 3. The layers 2 and 3 are formed by a method wherein two kinds of organic materials are mixed with each other and one out of an electric field, a magnetic field, light irradiation, a temperature gradient and a centrifugal force is given to the mixture to take place a separation of the two kinds of the organic materials from each other and the Hausforff dimension D of the sectional profile shape of the interface between the layers 2 and 3 is set so that the dimension D is shown on the condition of 1.5<=D<=2.0. |
