PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bent core material efficiently and also to attain comfortableness in wear and to enhance the degree of freedom in design by a method wherein a warpage in the direction perpendicular to the direction of advance of a foamed material sheet is given at the time when the foamed material sheet formed by laminating first and second foamed material sheets is subjected to extrusion. SOLUTION: A first foamed material sheet 2 supplied directly from an extrusion foam molding unit 1 and a second foamed material sheet 3 prepared beforehand and coiled are laminated and then fed by a plurality of rolls 4. Out of the rolls in a plurality, the rolls 4a coming into direct contact with the first foamed material sheet 2 are heated to about 70-100 deg.C, while the temperature of the other rolls 4b is set at about 50-70 deg.C. As the result, a warpage caused by the relative shrinkage of the first foamed material sheet 2 in relation to the second foamed material sheet is brought about. A foamed material laminate sheet thus obtained is cut off, laid in lamination on a jig having a curved upper surface and left to be cooled down to a room temperature. As the result, the warpage given in a manufacturing process is maintained permanently.
