PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit by which an unsharpened waveform of an output signal is controlled to a desired level without charging a characteristic of a MOS transistor(TR) and immoderately adopting multi-stages of MOS TRs to be interposed. SOLUTION: A TR QR1 whose polarity is opposite to a TR QN1 side is interposed for connecting points B1, B2 between TRs QP1, QN1 and QP2, QN2 consisting of a CMOS inverter and a TR QR2 whose polarity is opposite also to the TR QP2 side is interposed for. The TRs QR1, QR2 function as resistors to generate an unsharpened waveform and since a threshold level up and a threshold level down by the TRs QR1, QR2 are kept within an operation warrant range of TRs QP10, QN20, an output signal OUT is able to be fully swung. |
