PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve joining strength and air-tightness by abutting a joining member on the one end of a tubular member, interposing a low m.p. alloy in the joining range, and then impressing an ultrasonic vibration to the alloy. SOLUTION: Firstly, the solid cylindrical joining member 3 is inserted into the tubular member 1 (A). In this case, by making the inner diameter of the member 1 almost equal to the outer diameter of the member 1, both members are in contact with each other with the large pressure in the jointed range 5 and the mechanical joining strength thereof becomes high. Successively, the integral member 1 and member 3 are preheated. The preheating temp. is made higher by about 50 deg.C than the m.p. of zinc alloy solder 7 in the case of using the zinc alloy solder 7, for example. Then, after the molten solder 7 is allowed to flow into the inner part of the member 1 (B), an ultrasonic horn 9 is abutted on the upper part of the member 1 and the ultrasonic vibration is impressed (C). By this method, the vicinity of boundary among the member 1, member 3 and the solder 7 is alloyed (D). When the solder 7 is solidified and stabilized, the through-hole 11 is formed along the center axis (E). |
