PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging generated by lumps of foreign matters caught on a cap section even when the lumps of foreign matters are mixed with a material in an extrusion molding machine, and eliminate generation of defective products. SOLUTION: An extrusion molding machine 7 is provided with a kneading barrel 2 having a kneading screw 1 fitted inside and an auger barrel 5 formed on the end of the kneading barrel 2 and having an auger screw 4 fitted inside through a communication section 3, and a cap section 6 as an extrusion opening is formed on the end of the auger barrel 5. A grinding section 8 is provided on the end of the kneading screw 1, and a clearance between the peripheral face of the grinding section 8 and the inner peripheral face of the kneading barrel 2 is formed smaller than the smallest clearance of the cap section 6 as the extrusion opening.
